How it works

Its simple!

  1. Take the Eligibility Test and we will get back to you with a preliminary verdict
  2. If you qualify our broker will contact you to go through the finer financial details to determine your borrowing limit and issue your pre-approval
  3. Select your block of land and chose one of our standard house designs
  4. Sign your new house and land contracts
  5. Your contracts will be lodged with the lender for unconditional finance approval
  6. Attend your colour consultation to select your internal and external colour schemes
  7. Once the land has settled your plans will be submitted to council for building approval
  8. Construction will begin once approved plans are received and authority to commence has been issued by your lender
  9. Build time approx. 16 weeks
  10. Move straight in and enjoy your new home!
